Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING.

Booking Fee

Patients are required to make a booking fee when booking treatments and appointments with Charlotte Elizabeth Aesthetics. This will be put towards your treatment cost.​

*PLEASE NOTE: Charlotte Elizabeth Aesthetics consists of self employed practitioners who trade as separate businesses. Therefore, any cancellation needs to be made directly to the practitioner they have an appointment with. 

Cancellation of an appointment. 

In order to confirm an appointment booking, a booking fee is required for certain treatments.

If you need to amend the date of your appointment we politely ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice so that we can re-allocate the appointment. We guarantee that where notification to cancel appointments is given, with more than 72 hours’ notice, booking fees will be refunded or offset against any future treatment required.

If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 72 hours prior to your appointment time then unfortunately your deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointment.

We do fully understand however that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable due to illness or emergencies and we will take account of all valid circumstances.

How to notify the clinic about cancelling an appointment:

Notification is best via direct messaging each practitioner on social media. Each social media account is as follows (on Instagram and Facebook)

If you have issues trying to find their contact details please reply to your original confirmation email, they will then be asked to contact you directly from there.

For a cancellation to happen, you need to have had the cancellation confirmed by the practitioner - please do not assume we are fully aware you have tried to cancel if you have not heard any communication from us. 

NO SHOWS

No shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the booking.
